Our Services

We create personalized design plans to transform your space into a reflection of your style and needs.
We coordinate all purchases agreed upon in the project quote, ensuring you get the best items for your space.
We handle the receiving and setting up of all items in your condo, taking care of every detail.
We arrange and set up all furniture and art based on visual references and the agreed design, ensuring a cohesive look. We also create custom made furniture.
We procure and install electronic equipment such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and more.
We select and place decorative items like frames, lamps, rugs, ceramics, mirrors and more, tailored to your design style.
We manage the installation of solar panels, hurricane shutters and air conditioning systems. We also take care of painting, plumbing and carpentry work.
We offer weekly visits, electronic checks, repairs, property upgrades, and general maintenance to keep your property in top condition.
We provide everything you need, from pots and pans, china and silverware, to glassware, stemware, linen, and towels, ensuring your home is ready for immediate use.

"In 2022 I purchased a condominium unit in Playa Del Carmen. Having not lived in the area (or the country) I knew nothing of where to buy home appliances and furniture, and my Spanish was still very limited. Anne Bauche was a godsend. Anne took me shopping, both in person and digitally, and we chose everything big together. She introduced me to artists, carpenters, and installers but then handled all communication with them.
